GOLOS Information Center has opened this morning.
This morning, at 9 am, Information Center “Voice of Elections” has began its work in Moscow.
Visitors received the list of major violations reported through the hot-line.
In particular, “GOLOS” correspondents reported that in Ufa, Novosibirsk and Oriol they have been denied access to polling stations or forced to leave the premises by the members of PECs (there was an attempt to start criminal case in Oriol, however, the local Public Prosecutor’s office denied the request).
Correspondents from Moscow reported that PEC members on several polling stations denied their request to see voters’ lists, lists o voters voting outside of the polling station, provide them with the information about the number of voting ballots and observers from parties on the polling station.
The first informational block included conference calls to “GOLOS” representatives in the regions. Thus, “GOLOS” coordinator in Novosibirsk has confirmed that in the morning our correspondents-observers have been denied access to polling stations. As of 6 pm local time, she reported that this problem had been solved.
Next informational block from the Center is expected after 12.00
